Need to enlarge an existing hole? Century’s CoPilot makes it easy in just a few simple steps.

First, select the larger hole size you need and attach that hole saw to your arbor.

Next, remove the existing pilot drill bit from the arbor. Insert the CoPilot attachment and tighten the arbor screw securely.

Now, choose a hole saw that matches the diameter of the existing hole. Thread the smaller hole saw onto the CoPilot attachment with the teeth facing toward the arbor.

For your safety, unplug your drill or remove the battery pack before installing the CoPilot assembly into the drill chuck.

Once assembled, you’re ready to go. The smaller hole saw acts as a guide inside the existing hole, allowing the larger hole saw to cut a perfectly centered, larger opening in a single pass.
